Buble is back

Vancouver's favorite crooner was spotted looking rather icognito wearing a casual hat and glasses in downtown Vancouver over the weekend.

Michael Buble was back in his hometown for abit of "R and R" following yet anothe round of sold oout performances around the world that included countries such as Australia, where he's phenomenally populer.
Where he isn't on the road, Buble spends as much time as possible here at home, and word is, he's even building a dream house in West Vancouver.
The Burnaby boy started out singing in local clubs like Babalu on Granville, and Carnegies on West Broadway. He's since sold an astounding 15 million records worldwide!



バンクーバーには、フリーの新聞がいっぱいあります。駅の前やバス停の近くにおいてあったり、たまに駅前で配ってたります。
英語の勉強になるからと、読んでる留学生は結構多いです。
今日も隣の席に座った人が読んでたので覗き見してみると…

「The Burnaby boy」って書いてあるから、バーナビー（地名）に住んでるのかなぁ？
ってかローカルのクラブで歌ってるだって！？スケジュール知りたい…。
West Vancouverに家建ててるんだ！あの辺はリッチな人達が住むとこだって学校の先生が言ってたもんな。

West Vancouverのちょっと右でちょっと下に「99」と「1A」って並んでるあたりがDowntown。
私が今住んでるのは真ん中の下付近。
